TrustNest collects only the guest information required to process a booking and coordinate with our channel manager, Hostaway — name, contact details, and stay dates. We never sell guest data.

Data storage. All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted on managed cloud infrastructure with automated backups and audit logging.

Third parties. Booking and guest data required for a reservation is shared only with Hostaway (channel management) and our payment processor, both of which maintain their own compliance certifications.

Your rights. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting privacy@trustnest.com.
