Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TrustNest platform, including our direct booking website, booking engine, and any associated services. By booking a stay or listing a property through TrustNest, you agree to these terms.

Bookings. All reservations made through TrustNest are subject to real-time availability confirmation. TrustNest reserves the right to cancel a booking in the rare event of a synchronization conflict with a connected channel, with a full refund issued immediately.

Pricing. Nightly rates are determined dynamically and may change until a booking is confirmed. The price shown at checkout is final and will not change after payment.

Owner listings. Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of listing information. TrustNest manages distribution, pricing, and guest communication on the owner's behalf under a separate management agreement.
